Advertise on the Macomb Orchard Trail
Looking for a way to reach active individuals? Consider advertising on the Macomb Orchard Trail!
The Macomb County Department of Planning & Economic Development was very involved in the development of the Macomb Orchard Trail when it began nearly ten years ago. We secured grant funding for its design and development, designed a logo, created a trail guide map and helped to create (and maintain) the website macombgov.orgmacombgov.org/macomborchardtrail-home.
Each year, we print a minimum of 3,000 trail guides with updated information. These are distributed at public events as well as stocked in the 13 display boxes along the trail. The display boxes are permanent fixtures found in prominent locations along the trail. They feature a weather-resistant map under plexi-glass as well as a supply of portable maps for visitors to take.
This marks the second year that we are offering an opportunity for area businesses to help support the trail through advertising. There are a couple of ways that you can get involved:
- Place an advertisement (several sizes available) within the permanent display box for a year
- Have your business listed on the trail guide map
Aside from your ad, we’ll also acknowledge your company on the MOT website on a special page.
Thousands of people use the trail each week. Many of them are local residents, but we also know that people from near and far are coming to Macomb County to enjoy our beautiful linear park. We hope that you’ll agree that this is a great way to reach a targeted market.
